Help Us Kick Off the 2026 Garden Season!
Spring is almost here, and we’re getting our gardens ready for a brand-new growing season at Moonlit Acres Retreat Farm—and we’d love your help!
We’re especially excited to welcome students from Carroll Community College’s Alternative Spring Break program, who will be joining us for the day to lend a hand and give back to the community. It’s a wonderful opportunity to work alongside new faces while supporting an inclusive, mission-driven space.
Join us for a feel-good volunteer workday where we’ll freshen up the grounds, prepare garden beds, and enjoy time together outdoors. Whether you’re a seasoned gardener or just enjoy being outside with good people, there’s a place for you here.
💚 How You Can Help:
- Weed and mulch garden beds
- Clear winter debris and refresh outdoor spaces
- Prepare garden beds for spring planting and food-growing
- Support inclusive programming and community connection

- Spend the day socializing, moving your body, and making a real impact
👟 What to Bring:
- Comfortable clothes you don’t mind getting a little dirty
- Closed-toe shoes
- Gardening gloves or favorite tools (we’ll have tools available, too!)
